What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Butcher at Sura Hawaii, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests enjoy the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Preparing and cutting meats to precise specifications for our Korean BBQ menu. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area. Monitoring and ensuring the quality and freshness of all meat products. Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience as a butcher or in a similar role. Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation techniques. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
