Baker Location: 1835 Capital One Drive South McLean, VA 22102 Availability Requirement for this role: Overnight (including weekends). Job Description As a baker, you'll work with a team to ensure the freshest and best tasting artisan products our bakery is known for are available for our customers every day. You will use Wegmans recipes to produce both premade and scratch dough breads, desserts and breakfast items. Provide a high-quality artisan product to our customers Approach, educate and offer meal solutions to our customers Work in an accurate and timely manner Required Qualifications: Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, restaurant, grocery or retail setting Preferred Qualifications: Experience baking, following recipes and working in a bakery with dough made from scratch Advanced organizational, mathematical and time management skills
