Reports to: Director of Transportation
Dept/School: Transportation Pay Grade: TR1 (Minimum $13.67 per hour in 2025-2026; will increase in 2026-2027)
Days Employed: 173 (5 hrs/day)
Primary Purpose:
Be the friendly adult who ensures that students' bus transportation to and from school is safe and comfortable! Navarro ISD Bus Monitors assist the drivers in maintaining an orderly environment and addressing students' needs. Maintaining the highest level of professional communication with campus administrators, fellow employees, and our community is essential.
