Key Responsibilities As our Daycare Lead, you are the leader of the pack, balancing hands‑on dog care with administrative and team leadership: Support and Coach the Team: Guide and train Pet Care Attendants, giving honest feedback and helping them reach their own professional goals. Evaluate and Custom‑Fit Care: Conduct temperament evaluations for new dogs. You will use your behavioral expertise to determine if a pet is best suited for large pack play, our specialized Enrichment Program, or a custom mix of both. Manage Group Dynamics: Monitor playgroups, manage complex behaviors, and make real‑time decisions to ensure a safe, balanced, and fun environment. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with our Boarding, Front Desk, and Enrichment Leads to keep the resort running seamlessly as one unified team. Enforce Cleanliness: Keep our facility pristine by holding the team accountable to our high sanitization and safety standards.
