Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - NPI & Lean Leader

Celestica is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy and optimize manufacturing processes for customer products in a high-midelity EMS environment. The role focuses on cost, quality, and delivery performance across back-end assembly and box-build operations. The candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in EMS manufacturing, with a bachelor’s degree and proven expertise in DFA/DFM, PFMEA, ECO/ECN, and NPI lifecycles.
