Our Ideal Candidate Has Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 2 years of experience Certified by the National Board for Certification Active Physical Therapist state license CPR Certification Valid Driver’s License Experience working with the elderly and homecare Capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of dead weight alone Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs Primary Responsibilities Conducting patient evaluations & assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, range of motion, and mobility Providing manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to address pain and muscle tension Educating patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for home exercise programs Monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout the course of treatment Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients Adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines in the provision of physical therapy services Experience Home care: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification Physical Therapy License (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred) Driver's License (Required) Work Location On the road This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
