You will join a collaborative maintenance team that works together to support reliable operations, high-quality products, and a strong safety culture—every single day.The Role & Your ImpactIn this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Your work directly supports safe operations, product quality, and continuous improvement across the site.Your Key Responsibilities Include:Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical power systems, motor drives, control systems, and instrumentationInstalling, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment through preventative maintenanceDisassembling machinery and equipment for maintenance or repair activitiesAdjusting and calibrating equipment and machinery to meet operational specificationsMaintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulationsWhat You'll Need to Be SuccessfulMust-Haves:2–3 years of previous experience as an industrial maintenance technicianHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to perform basic math and science calculationsAbility to read manuals and understand equipment, systems, and controlsStrong safety mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address safety hazardsAptitude for learning and using testing equipment, tools, and maintenance proceduresProficiency with computerized systems and programs (SAP experience is a plus)Physical ability to perform all aspects of the job, including:Lifting up to 50 lbs unassistedPulling hoses up to 20 lbsClimbing stairs, walking frequently, bending and stooping regularlyWorking at heights and in confined spacesWorking in changing temperaturesNice to Haves:Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentFamiliarity with preventive maintenance programsInterest in continuous improvement and reliability initiativesExperience working with automated or highly technical equipmentWhat We OfferAt Novonesis, we believe in supporting our employees from day one.
