Engineering Technician | Electrical Panel Assembly Build Something You Can Be Proud Of We’re looking for an Engineering Technician to join our panel shop team in Pompano Beach. This is a hands-on technical role working with custom electrical control panels . You’ll build, wire, and help troubleshoot equipment from drawings and schematics while working alongside our engineering team. If you already have panel-building or electrical assembly experience, we want to hear from you. If you have strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and want to develop your technical skills, we’re willing to train the right person. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of finding someone who can grow into a long-term member of our team. What You'll Do Build and wire custom electrical control panels Perform point-to-point wiring and install electrical components Read and work from electrical schematics and drawings Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks Work closely with engineering and other team members to solve problems Maintain an organized, safe, and productive work area Develop your technical knowledge and panel-building skills What We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Have experience in panel building, electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or a related trade, or Have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and are eager to learn Are comfortable using hand tools and working with your hands Can follow drawings, instructions, and established processes Take pride in producing accurate, quality work Are dependable, productive, and willing to learn Enjoy solving problems and working as part of a team Experience reading electrical schematics is preferred but not required for someone with the right aptitude and willingness to learn. What You Can Expect You’ll work in a hands-on industrial shop environment where quality matters. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members, work directly with engineered products, and build technical skills that can grow with you.
