Senior Civil Transportation Engineer/Project Manager

Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed Leading business development efforts , including proposal writing and client engagement Project Types: You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including: Transportation clients including DOT’s, Federal Highways, Forest Service, Department of Defense, Counties, Cities, Railroads, and Private. Roads & Highways Railroad You may also have the opportunity to manager other civil projects including: Water Distribution and Sewer Collection Systems Water and Wastewater Treatment Systems Subdivision Land Development Commercial Site Design Federal Government Facilities We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university ~ 10+ years of experience in civil transportation engineering ~ Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams ~ Strong client relationship management and business development experience ~ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule ~ Relocation assistance is available Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
