Solution Architect

About the Role We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to work with the wider IT department. The role involves working with internal stakeholders to understand their IT and business needs, proposing and designing solutions that align with the company’s value proposition, and ensuring that the solutions meet high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. The ideal candidate should have experience in consultative and complex technical deployment, support of highly distributed applications, and implementation of large‑scale data projects within a cloud environment. The candidate should also have a breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with expertise in at least two or more of the following areas: SQL, NoSQL databases, big data, data storage technologies, data governance, data engineering, and data estate workloads. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be able to orchestrate and lead teams, and collaborate with other members of the team in developing complex end‑to‑end enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Have conceptual knowledge and/or experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and other automation platforms & technology (a plus). Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of significant recommendations. Use multiple sources of information, including stakeholder views, to develop solutions and recommendations. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision‑making. Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points. Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. Design, commission, and enhance new/current subject areas. Implement new or upgraded cloud data strategies and Microsoft Azure platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in computer science. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect or in a related field. Prior professional services experience preferred. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Informatica, and Snowflake. Experience implementing large‑scale data projects in a cloud environment. Plus, But Not Required Prior working experience using ServiceNow. Prior working experience using Workday. Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $125,000–$155,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is also offered. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are entitled to healthcare plans; flexible spending and savings accounts; life, AD&D, and disability coverages; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with an annual discretionary contribution; paid time off including vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time, ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
