Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role. Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders. Experience creating insights using business analytics, and presenting findings and recommendations.

Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree. Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, responding to, coordinating, and managing a large number of executive stakeholders. Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Experience building lasting relationships and a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a changing environment. Experience driving strategic assessments across products or regions to address opportunity areas and recommending a way forward alongside resource requirements. A proven ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.

In this role, you will leverage your communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. You will succeed in process and program design, possess financial acumen, have an in-depth investigative background, and know how to translate ideas into action. This is a direct position, requiring you to proactively take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop hypotheses against complex opportunity areas, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and drive action to power the business.
• Develop, run and maintain business operational cadence and processes to improve business performance.
• Own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables, while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
• Support regional teams in issues to enable a common set of processes and insights.
• Communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders in a structured and compelling manner.
