Chief Engineer

Chief Engineer Location: Everhome Suites, Glendale, Arizona Job Type: Full Time Pay: $21-23/hour As the Chief Engineer with Superhost Hospitality at Everhome Suites Glendale Arizona, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and functionality of our facilities. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing and managing hotel maintenance. Conducting routine inspections and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel. Upholding a high standard of safety and environmental compliance. What We're Looking For Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance and engineering team. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance tasks. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address complex technical issues efficiently. Team Player: Capacity to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Additional Requirements Previous experience in a maintenance technician role is required. Hotel experience is preferred. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills.
