Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations. Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals. Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
