In this role, you will deliver an exceptional athlete experience, helping golfers find the right equipment and support their performance. Job Duties & Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world‑class experience. Provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment. Anticipate athlete needs; actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, encouraging selling skills, and key operational processes. Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity. Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset. Ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards. Promote and drive customer participation in company programs, such as loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect. Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as external governing guidelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 1‑3 years of experience Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred Pay & Benefits Targeted Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
