What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and neonatal nurse practitioners
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered care initiatives
• Support regional neonatal referral networks for coastal Georgia
• Engage in mentorship and ongoing professional development
• Document clinical activities accurately, complying with hospital and regulatory standards
• Support a collaborative and supportive team environment

What You Need

• Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• At least 1 year of NICU experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
