Royal Suites Healthcare is looking for an experienced cook for a 186 bed Healthcare Facility in located in Galloway, NJ.
We are looking for a professional cook to work with the flow of food from deliver to point of service. Cook duties will play a key role in providing gourmet meals to our loved residents.
Responsibilities:
- Have the ability to work as a team player in a professional manor.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow food service director.
- Able to understand production sheets and diets.
- Be able to produce diet textures such as chop, ground and purees.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task.
- Serv Safe
Hours 12pm-8pm
Rate starting at $19.00
