- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend improvements as coverage needs change
- Oversee resolution of complex customer issues , acting as the point person to get matters handled
- Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both cold and warm leads
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal agency departments , ensuring customers get the right support
- Prior experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willingness and confidence to engage in sales conversations
