Rocktown Transport LLC is hiring CDL A Local Live Haul Drivers in Mount Crawford, VA . Drivers will be driving to the Monroe NC facility, picking up live turkeys, and hauling them back to the Mount Crawford, VA area. Drivers will be safely delivering 1 load per day. Guaranteed weekly pay: $1,750 Paid daily rate

Average hours weekly: 55-60

Bonuses: Sign on bonus: $1,500 paid after 45 days employed

Weekly attendance bonus: Report on time and work every day you’re scheduled in a week to receive an additional $50 per load for all loads that week

Driver referral bonus: $1,500 paid after 30 days, $500 paid after 120 days

Annual holiday bonus

Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

Home time: Home daily

Schedule: Sunday – Thurday with some Fridays

Shift: Night shift, start time between 3:00pm – 6:00pm

Route: To Monroe, NC and back to Mount Crawford, VA

Level of Touch: No touch freight

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have CDL A license

Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

Previous live haul experience preferred

Must be able to operate a manual transmission

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations

Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
