RESEARCH ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Behavioral Sciences Research, Health Policy & Health Services Research Full‑Time/Regular position located in Boston, MA, United States. Salary Grade: 45 ($48,110.40 – $66,892.80). Expected hiring range minimum $48,110.40 and maximum $66,892.80. Job Description The Center for Behavioral Science Research seeks a Research Administrative Assistant to support the center and its Director. The role requires proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience in a research environment with reference libraries (such as EndNote) is preferred. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the preparation of scientific manuscripts and PowerPoint presentations. Proofreading grant submissions and managing the center's grant portfolio. Performing general office tasks such as ordering supplies, processing reimbursements, hiring, scheduling, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and updating the website. Supporting various research projects and tasks; opportunity to co-author publications and conference presentations. Required Skills Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience. Fluent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time‑management skills; attention to detail. Interpersonal and communication skills.
