Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit serving a medical patient population
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with unit protocols
• Document patient information and care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including black scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2+ years of Medical Surgical nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced medical unit environment
