Schedule: 40 hours /week

About the Opportunity:

• We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join a busy operations team.
• In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining efficient inventory processes and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
• What You'll Do:
  • Receive incoming goods, verify shipments against delivery documentation, and inspect items for any visible damage.
  • Store, organize, pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch while ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records, support regular stock counts, and update warehouse management systems with relevant data.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including hand-guided industrial trucks and forklifts, where required.
  • Complete internal material movements and ensure all outgoing shipments include the correct documentation.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in operating warehouse management or inventory software.

What Sets You Apart:

• Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused two-year vocational training period
