Installation Technician - Fleet Vehicles

Trade Management is seeking Installation Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing equipment on fleet vehicles while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
Installation Technician Responsibilities:
- Install equipment and components on fleet vehicles
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect completed installations for quality and accuracy
- Document completed work using digital tools and photos
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Installation Technician Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of automotive, mechanical, installation, or assembly experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with fleet vehicle upfitting or retrofits is a plus
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
