Production Associate - 3rd Shift

Pay: $20/hr ($18.50/hr+ $1.50/hr shift differential), paid weekly Schedule: Sunday - Thursday | 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49504 Summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by following work instructions and production standards.
• Read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and assembly documents.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
