What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a positive first impression Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments Confirm appointments and conduct patient follow-up calls Coordinate provider schedules and support efficient clinic operations Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork Check patients in and out and collect payments Maintain patient records and office documentation Manage inventory and track hearing aid orders, repairs, and deliveries Support local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and patient retention activities Ensure the office is organized, professional, and patient-ready each day What Makes You Successful Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented Preferred Experience 10+ years of front desk, reception, scheduling, or administrative experience Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, hearing healthcare, or other healthcare office experience preferred Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling a plus Must have strong computer and data entry skills Why Join Us?
