Pay: $2,625.84 weekly


Shifts: 12 hr day/night rotate, weekends as scheduled


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for a travel position in the Stepdown unit in Wheeling, WV. This role involves working within an acute care setting, focusing on patients with complex medical needs. The assignment requires nurses to work on a rotating schedule and utilize their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Manage and care for patients with diagnoses such as Bradycardia, A-fib, SVT, CHF, CAD, NSTEMI, PVD, PE, CVA/TIA, and post-operative conditions
• Utilize Epicardial pacing and manage chest tubes
• Titrate medication drips as per ordered parameters, including Cardizem, amiodarone, and heparin
• Participate in unit self-scheduling and block scheduling discussions
• Engage in 12-hour shifts with a preceptor during orientation

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with Epicardial pacing and chest tube management
