What Youll Do

Implement Behavior Plans:Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervisingBCBA.
Behavioral Support Strategies:Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such asDiscrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniquesto support clients.
Data Collection & Documentation:Accuratelytrack client progressand submitsession notesin compliance with UTC policies.
Client Engagement:Providepositive reinforcementand professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement.
Collaboration:Work closely withBCBAs, therapists, and caregiversto ensure consistency in intervention across all settings.
Challenging Behaviors:Manage and addresschallenging behaviorsaccording to individualized behavior plans and training.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:Adhere toHIPAA regulationsand maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
Ongoing Training:Participate in required training andcontinuing educationopportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Preferred, but not required)
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred)
Ability to pass a background check and TB test (Required)
Reliable transportation to client locations (Required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual, Spanish speaking (Preferred).
