We are seeking a Branch Administrative Assistant II to support a mortgage lending office.Location: Moses Lake, WAWork Arrangement: OnsiteShift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PMHourly Pay Range: $19.00–$20.41 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsEmployment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireFLSA Status: Non-ExemptPosition OverviewThe Branch Administrative Assistant II will provide administrative and clerical support to branch leadership and loan-processing teams. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport branch leadership, loan processors, and daily office operations.Assist with loan documents, file audits, disclosures, appraisals, title documents, and escrow follow-up.Answer calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member.Process incoming mail, packages, and branch correspondence.Maintain office supplies and coordinate meetings and events.Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and internal communications.Assist with invoice discrepancies and basic office technology issues.Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records.QualificationsThree or more years of administrative or office-support experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.Typing speed of approximately 60–70 words per minute.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Mortgage, banking, escrow, title, finance, or regulated-industry experience is a plus.Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
