Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong Paycom expertise to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee relations, workers' compensation claims, leave of absence (LOA) administration, return-to-work programs, onboarding, training, and compliance. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred. Qualifications 4- 6 years of HR Generalist experience Required: Hands-on experience with Paycom Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, FMLA/LOA, ADA, and return-to-work processes Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience conducting employee training and onboarding Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive employee relationships Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations and HR compliance Administer Workers' Compensation and LOA programs Coordinate return-to-work and accommodation processes Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee training Maintain employee records and HRIS data in Paycom Partner with leadership to support a positive workplace culture Benefits include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
