Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Manager to work in Fairfax, VA.POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced Corporate FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for our publicgovernment contracting operations. This strategic role partners with executive leadership to provide critical financial insights and ensure accurate reporting to our parent company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning & ForecastingLead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cyclesDevelop and maintain rolling forecasts with scenario analysisBuild sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiativesDrive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and methodologyManage contract financial planning and proposal support activitiesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare comprehensive financial reports for parent company consolidationConduct detailed variance analysis of actual vs. budget/forecastAnalyze business performance metrics and identify trends and driversMonitor contract profitability and performance across the portfolioEnsure compliance with government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS)Executive Leadership SupportPrepare executive presentations and materials with compelling data visualizationsPresent financial results and strategic recommendations to C-suite and Everforth CorporatePartner with business unit leaders on financial performance reviewsSupport strategic planning, M&A activities, and investment decisionsProvide ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership initiativesSystems & Process ManagementLeverage Costpoint ERP for financial data extraction and reportingUtilize Hyperion for enterprise planning, consolidation, and analysisImplement data visualization tools for enhanced reporting and insightsDrive process improvements and transformation/automation initiativesMaintain financial planning and reporting infrastructureTeam Leadership & DevelopmentManage and mentor a team of FP&A professionalsFoster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Contracts, Operations, and Business DevelopmentSalary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 General Description of Benefits Job Requirements10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in increasingly senior rolesMinimum 3 years of leadership/management experienceDemonstrated experience in public government contracting environmentProven track record managing complex financial planning cyclesExperience reporting to parent company or external stakeholdersTechnical Skills (Required)Advanced proficiency with Deltek Costpoint ERP systemStrong experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and/or Hyperion Planning modulesExpert-level Excel skills including:Advanced financial modeling and forecastingComplex formulas, array formulas, and nested functionsMacros, VBA, and automationPower Query and Power PivotProficiency with data visualization tools (Oracle Dashboards, Power BI, or similar)Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilitiesCore CompetenciesDeep understanding of government contracting financial environment:FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance requirementsContract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ)Revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accountingIndirect rate structures and cost poolsDCAA audit preparation and compliance experienceStrong knowledge of public company financial reporting (SEC requirements)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding presentation and executive communication skillsStrategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detailAbility to influence and collaborate across all organizational levelsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (required)MBA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferredJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Financial & AdministrativeSalaried: Salaried
