We simultaneously blend the solving of our users' needs with hitting our larger company goals.You will work closely with fellow UX designers, PMs, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. The role requires an ability to generate ideas, create designs and research-based artifacts. You will be counted on to contribute to find moments to harmonize and improve design systems. In this position, you will present and defend solutions, using research, data and intuition. Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills. You know how to blend your place on a team, with autonomous ownership. You are ready to take the next big step in your UX career.Responsibilities:Design crystal-clear, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes across platformsCreate impactful research artifacts to support/challenge ideasCollaborate with stakeholders and team members, at all levelsOwn the entirety of your work, from sketch to prototype to handoffSelf-start projects rooted in research or design thinkingSupport and build out processes with design leadershipQualifications:6+ years of user-experience design requiredA high-quality portfolio containing real-world projectsExcellent skills in FigmaAbility to present work with confidenceComfortable in Jira, Confluence, and NotionKnowledge of Salesforce, Pendo a plusBachelor's degree in Design, UX, HCI, Comms, or related areaCuriosity for design systemsMust be based in NYCSalary Range$150,000 - $175,000 USDMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
