The Senior Lead Finance Analyst, Corporate Planning is a senior individual contributor responsible for advanced analysis, enterprise planning support, and executive-level reporting across corporate business lines. What You’ll Do: * Prepare and lead forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis across business lines * Build and maintain complex financial models, enterprise dashboards, and reporting solutions

• Develop ready reporting, presentations, and financial narratives
• Present financial results and insights to business line and senior

leadership, enabling decision-making * Deliver tailored financial analyses aligned to strategic priorities and operational goals * Support and influence allocation strategy, methodology evolution, and transparency * Provide leadership in enterprise reporting consistency and COE enablement standards * Serve as a trusted advisor across finance and business leaders, influencing outcomes without formal authority * Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities What We’re Looking For:

• Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA,

CPA, or CFA preferred) * 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles * Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, long-range planning, and enterprise performance analysis * Deep understanding of corporate financial structures, business models, and key performance drivers across multiple business lines * Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations, insights, and strategic recommendations * Advanced experience with enterprise planning systems, BI tools, and data environments * Strong understanding of allocation strategy, cost transparency, and financial governance frameworks * Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead complex, cross-functional analytical efforts * Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive decision-making without authority * Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise insights and recommendations * Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities * Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate risks and identify opportunities * Ability to balance strategic insight with execution excellence in a fast-paced environment * Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
