Automation Engineer

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
0 to 5+ years of experience in automation or industrial systems
Proficiency with Allen Bradley and Rockwell software architecture
Ability to develop control system architecture, panel design drawings, and instrument data sheets
Experience with programming and configuring HMI and PLC systems, including Ethernet IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet networks
Strong troubleshooting skills, including wiring, HMI, and programming errors
Ability to perform I/O checks on equipment and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop operator procedures

Nice to Have Skills:

Additional experience with RS Linx Classic and RS Linx Enterprise software
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for automation systems
Experience working in a team environment under supervision, aiming for continued mastery of engineering skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
Up to 5+ years of practical experience in automation programming and system configuration

Other Requirements:

Willingness to participate in training programs and learn new skills
Ability to support on-site system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
