Qualifications: 3-5 + yearsof hands-on automotive technician experience Prior Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is a must Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities: Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
