Customer Service Representative II

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $16.00hr - $21.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma/GED Diploma required.
• 1+ years of experience with an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force.
• Act as the first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal personnel.
• Triage and respond to external customer and sales representative calls.
• Send messages from internal and external customers to the sales force via various communication channels.
• Escalate and close pages via backup systems as required.
• Maintain a professional presence in all situations by providing information according to established procedures.
• Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
