Pop is looking for a pediatric physical therapists to join our multidisciplinary team!

POP stands for the power of play. Pop is a neurodiverse affirming , therapist owned, multi- disciplinary pediatric center. We provide a collaborative, supportive, and engaging environment where our therapists receive weekly group and individual supervision. Our therapists are trained to use the POWER OF PLAY in their treatment with children.
POP provides opportunities for:
- Working with children birth to 21
- Working onsite in a warm and bright clinic setting
- Working with early intervention clients in the home and community
- Group and individual treatment
- Co- treats/Collaboration with other disciplines
- Staff development and training days onsite at POP

- Large motor gyms and smaller rooms for meeting client’s therapy needs

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' areas for growth and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques address the child's individual strengths and needs.
- Design and implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion to help them engage in daily activities.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills:
- Experience working with pediatric patients and within the Early Intervention system is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
