Job Full Description

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

*Will stay until 6pm 2 days a week during busy season*

Pay: $19.00/HR (+$1 if bilingual)

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests for assistance.
Conduct research to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
Previous office experience in a customer support role, such as a call center.
Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
Longevity in previous roles (2-3+ years with one employer is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
