Analytical Chemist

BSc Chemist with at least 2 years experience to work in a contract analytical / microbiology lab. Experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, ICP and wet chemistry is sought. This position requires a person that can multi-task with the vast array of instruments and methods that we use. Experience with chromatography is our primary need at the moment, but wet chemistry and spectroscopy are important as well.

We are FDA / DEA / Health Canada registered and inspected. We have a very diverse customer base both in the US, Canada and the EU that send us a multitude of sample types. OTC, Rx, Botanicals and Cosmetics are typical of the types of samples that we analyze, both for raw materials and finished products. We also add over 100 stability studies per annum to our work base. 

Our normal work schedule is 8:30A - 4:30P Mon-Fri. We offer 9 days of paid holiday and 2 weeks of paid vacation. Depending upon company performance we all issue quarterly bonus payments as well.

We are a small, and growing (13 staff members), company located in Sumter, SC. We will only accept applications from potential .candidates that have US Citizenship and are located in either SC, NC, Georgia, Florida or Tennessee as due to our size we cannot provide relocation expenses outside these areas. As we are a DEA registered facility background checks are also required.
