What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed. Supporting 6 local car dealerships in the area. Do not contact local tech already there

What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES
