Description: Total Talent Resources is looking for a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Account Manager (Spanish/English) to join our growing team in Romeoville, Illinois! As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for associates and clients, build strong relationships, support staffing operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role will be assigned to client (s) in Romeoville and Bolingbrook, Illinois, and requires the ability to conduct new-start check-ins as early as 5:45 AM and as needed, Regular work schedules for this role will be 6:30AM - 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM depending on operational needs. You will play a key role in supporting client operations, maintaining employee engagement, resolving workforce issues, and ensuring a positive experience for both associates and TTR's clients. Account Manager Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary liaison between Total Talent Resources, client management, and assigned associates. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits. • Conduct new hire orientations, onboarding, and new-start check-ins. • Monitor attendance, employee performance, and workforce needs to ensure client satisfaction. • Address employee relations matters with professionalism, consistency, and confidentiality. • Verify payroll, review timesheets, and resolve payroll-related inquiries. • Coordinate staffing needs with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure open positions are filled promptly. • Conduct associate coaching, counseling, and performance documentation as needed. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. • Support recruiting efforts through candidate interviews, sourcing, and onboarding when needed. • Work closely with client leadership to identify opportunities for workforce improvements and retention strategies. • Proactively engage in client outreach, account growth initiatives, and lead generation to meet weekly and quarterly metrics. • Conduct new-start check-ins at 6:45 AM when required and work weekends as needed. Account Manager Qualifications & Skills • 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, on-site management, account management, or workforce solutions is preferred. • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. • Strong customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with associates, clients, and internal teams. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with payroll processing, employee relations, and staffing operations preferred. • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and staffing software platforms is preferred. • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and professionalism.
