We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s! A Jimmy John's Shift Lead is responsible for providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.Duties and Responsibilities:Makes fast, accurate and consistent sandwichesComplies with all portion sizes, recipes, systems and proceduresMust be able to pass sandwich test at end of first two weeks of employment and at future testing timesMaintains cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station and restrooms etc.Deliver orders to guests in a 5 mile radius of the store.Greets customers, takes orders, operates cash register, collects payments from customer and makes changeExecutes genuine greetings and farewellsTakes telephone orders and completes delivery ticketsFills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrityMaintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the dress codeDisplays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignmentsPerforms other related duties as requiredOpen and closes shiftsWe slice our all-natural* meats and fresh veggies in-house every day.
