Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP license (or eligibility) for practice in Texas
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings (Early Childhood, Elementary, or K–12)
• Familiarity with evaluation, development, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and other specialists
• Ability to adapt practices for students with varied abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans to address communication needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and IEP goals
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to foster student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional recommendations for student support
