Description Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities
- 32-40 hours depending on availability. Flexible schedule, no weekends or on-call.
- Manage day to day operations of rehabilitation services including tracking of Medicare assessments, daily treatment minutes, and RUG utilization.
- Develops therapy staff by providing information; developing and conducting in-service training programs.
- Communicate appropriately to physicians, staff and administrative team.
- Give in-service to staff regarding therapy and restorative nursing care as requested by facility.
- In collaboration with registered nurse oversees and directs restorative therapy staff and programs.
