Material Handler – 2nd ShiftBlair, Nebraska | $23.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PMWe are seeking a dependable Material Handler for a full-time, second-shift opportunity at the NatureWorks manufacturing facility in Blair, Nebraska. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, forklift, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.This position will initially be employed and paid through a staffing agency, with the opportunity to transition to direct employment with NatureWorks as headcount becomes available. Successful employees who perform well and enjoy the role will be considered for available NatureWorks positions, which include eligibility for the company's comprehensive benefits package.Schedule & PayMonday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM$23.00 per hourFull-time, 40 hours per weekOvertime may occasionally be available or requiredWhat You'll DoThe Material Handler supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by safely moving, storing, preparing and tracking materials and finished products. Responsibilities include:Load and unload materials and finished goodsOperate forklifts and other material-handling equipmentPick and prepare materials for production and shipmentReceive, stock, move and ship materialsPackage, label and prepare finished goodsComplete inventory transactions and related paperworkPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracyUse scanners and computer systems to track material movementMaintain a clean, organized and safe work areaWhat We're Looking ForA high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is preferred, particularly experience operating a forklift, using scanning equipment, or working with computerized inventory systems.Candidates should be comfortable working in an active warehouse/manufacturing environment.
