About the Opportunity:

Our client is a specialized business law practice focused on franchising, licensing, commercial contracts, trademarks, distribution, and business transactions

This role is ideal for a transactional attorney with strong contract drafting and negotiation experience. Franchise experience is not required — commercial, corporate, business contracts, trademark/IP, and licensing backgrounds are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements
• Handle franchise, licensing, distribution, trademark, and business matters
• Support domestic and international business transactions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of legal experience
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Background in Commercial Contracts, Corporate/Business Law, Transactional Law, Franchise Law, Trademark/IP, or Licensing

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xhyhwjd
