Our Delivery Drivers earn an initial rate of $31.19 per hour , which increases to $36.71 per hour upon successful completion of training.

Driver Schedule:

Workdays are Monday through Saturday, with the potential for flexible 4-day or 5-day weeks based on business needs. Drivers typically start dispatching between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on their route and schedule, until all deliveries are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, placing them in designated storage areas
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures
• Handle customer payments and collections when required
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly throughout each shift
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions, making frequent stops (10+ per shift)

Qualifications:

• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid CDL Class A license issued by your state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• At least six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in food and/or beverage delivery
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries

Compensation: The expected base pay for this position ranges from $31.19 to $36.71 , depending on relevant experience, education, specific skills, and geographic location. Overtime compensation is also available.
