Password Resets Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst Summary TEKsystems needs a service desk analyst provide first-level technical support by responding to user inquiries, documenting incidents and service requests, performing initial troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are routed to the appropriate support teams. Assist with request tracking, account administration, and maintaining support documentation while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Accurately document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and updates in a service management platform. Perform initial troubleshooting and analysis of hardware, software, application, and access-related issues. Escalate and route requests to the appropriate technical teams when necessary. Monitor ticket status and follow established service level expectations to ensure timely resolution. Assist with user account administration, including account creation, access modifications, password resets, and account deactivation. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities by provisioning and removing system access. Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Deliver professional customer service while assisting internal and external users. Participate in evening or weekend coverage as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, service desk, or customer support environment. Experience troubleshooting desktop, application, account access, and general technology issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment. Demonstrated commitment to customer service and problem resolution. Preferred Experience Supporting end users in a corporate or enterprise environment. Managing user accounts and access permissions. Performing password resets, account maintenance, and onboarding/offboarding activities. Working with service request and incident management processes. Providing remote and phone-based technical support. Supporting operating systems, productivity applications, and desktop hardware. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
