Our dedicated team ensures a nurturing environment where seniors thrive and find joy in every moment. Position Wellness Nurse – LPN (Part‑Time) – Two days a week on Monday and Wednesday. Job Description Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation. Direct the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration. Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family. Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy. Qualities Customer service oriented. Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse or RN) license in good standing. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Experienced in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents. Can maintain and update effective service plans and supervise care staff. Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulations and laws. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN, New Grad LPN, nursing student, or LPN travel nurse/travel contract LPN) looking for a permanent facility with great benefits. Experience in long‑term care preferred. Can communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff. Requirements Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program. Hold a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms. Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long‑term care setting. Natural problem solver. Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
