Multi-Location Booking & Dispatch Specialist

About the Role Boogie Team is looking for an organized and dependable Booking & Dispatch Coordinator to support a U.S.-based client operating across multiple locations. This role involves monitoring bookings from different websites and platforms, calling customers to confirm their appointments, and coordinating schedules to ensure every booking is properly handled. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable managing multiple systems, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor incoming bookings from multiple websites and online platforms. Call customers to confirm bookings, appointment details, and availability. Coordinate and update schedules across multiple business locations. Assign or route confirmed bookings to the appropriate location or team. Respond to customer questions and communicate any changes or scheduling concerns. Maintain accurate booking records, notes, and customer information. Follow up on unconfirmed, rescheduled, or canceled bookings. Requirements Previous experience in dispatching, appointment coordination, booking management, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Confident handling inbound and outbound customer calls. Comfortable working across multiple booking platforms, websites, or scheduling systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several bookings simultaneously. Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet workspace. Availability to work full-time during the required U.S. time zone. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating bookings for multiple locations. Familiarity with CRM, dispatching, calendar, or appointment-booking software.
