What you'll be doing as a Bakery Manager: Overseeing all operations from each department and ensuring brand and company policies are being followed closely Administrative tasks such as scheduling, email account management, shipment ordering and documentation practices Marketing both within the four walls of the bakery and outside in the local community in order to increase event and fundraiser participation Controlling labor to prevent overspending Stepping into departments to keep sharp with efficiencies and assist whenever needed Participating in local events Maintaining a positive work environment at all times Qualifications Necessary: Positive & outgoing demeanor Ability to delegate tasks Ability to effectively deal with any staff conflicts or interpersonal issues Basic math, typing, writing and reading skills Very flexible schedule (opening, closing and weekend shift availability.
