Registered Nurse - Critical Care Night Shift

Schedule

This position requires 3-12 hour night shifts with occasional extra on-call shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in critical condition, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their treatment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions through telemetry and manage medications.
• Assist with emergency procedures and assessments.
• Collaborate with the medical team to create effective treatment plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST be currently licensed to practice as an R.N. in the state of Colorado.
• Two years of relevant experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 3 months.
• PALS or ENPC required within 6 months (if traveler stays for 6 months).
• TNCC preferred.
